You’re interested in history or music? You love learning about your city and telling others about it? Or you already know a lot and you’ve got ideas, where our musical river could have info-points? Then the job of info-point lead might be perfect for you! Your task would be  to collect ideas and information for our info points. History, dance and music should be the focus of this. This information have to be collected in text form, short for the info-boards and long for the website. You will also be included in the planning process for the track.. So if you’ve got more ideas that we haven’t mentioned yet, tell us!

If you’re already well acquainted with application forms, fundraising, sponsoring and funding, or if you’re willing to learn about these things, then this is the job for you! This way info boards, website, design, travel, networking, music and upkeep can be financed. So you would be in the centre of action and will, as an organiser, travel sometimes.

In a project like this, cooperation and communication with people is incredibly important. If you can imagine being the contact point  between artists, voluntary members, organisations and the central group/project leads, it’s important that you’re well organised and motivated to cooperate with people. No matter if there’s issues with the voluntary members or with the cooperation between us and  partner countries/-cities, we need an open ear which will look for solutions. So if you’re open minded and good at mediation,, this is the job for you!

The project has to be advertised of course. Someone who is  interested in media, who can write texts and/or is good at designing posts, will fill an important spot in our team! As a content creator you’ll create short informative pictures and videos (with text) which describe the project and look appealing . It would be good for you to differentiate between website and social media and be aware of how to create content on different platforms. After all this is how our project is presented to the world.

Not just the content is important when advertising a project online. The already uploaded content has to be kept up to date. Structure and layout have to be consistent and legible after all. Different formats (mobile view or fonts for people with sight limitations) have to be available as well. Old events have to be exchanged with new information and different generations and groups of people should understand where content can be found on our website. So if you’re good at designing websites to be accessible and can keep them up to date, upkeep for our website and social media might be the job for you!
